It should come as no surprise that we accept rent payments by check, cashier’s check and money order. We also accept rent payments by Venmo. As an added convenience to our tenants and subject to a convenience fee, we also offer the ability to submit payments online using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
